What Identification do I need?

By Law, I must sight all Original Documentation. It is your responsibility to attain them.

1.  Original Official BIRTH CERTIFICATES or OFFICIAL EXTRACTS.  No Copies.

2.  AUSTRALIAN PASSPORTS can be used as Identification documents.

3.  DIVORCE PAPERS (decree absolute, certificate of divorce or divorce order. https://www.fcfcoa.gov.au/fl/divorce/proof

4.  Death Certificate  of former spouse.

5.  Drivers Licence - Overseas Passport or Citizenship - Over 18 Card  with Photo ID

6.  Annulled - Certificate of Nullity or Court Order.

7.   Change of Name Certificate.

8   A letter of Council Permission  granting use of a public place.  Contact Council for Wedding Site.

9.  Registered Marriage Certificate - Identification: One of the above items, or Medicare card, and one      recent account showing name & address - gas, electricity, phone, rent / rates, registration.


Celebrant Tina an Experienced Ceremony Professional, is dedicated to  making your day stress-free, memorable, & be, just the way you want it to be.                      

She works closely with you, to Ensure that every detail is Taken Care of, from our First Chat on the Phone, Starting the Wedding Process with the correct Legal Documentation, Appointments via Phone & in Person, to Officiating at your Marriage Service & Lodging your Documents so you receive your Wedding Certificates in a timely manner.



By Law,  A Celebrant is not permitted to solemnise a Marriage if Documents of both parties, have not been sighted, no later than 48 hours prior to your Wedding Day, or full payment has not been received.

Scheduled Payments for the service provided by your Celebrant, for your Wedding Ceremony, will be accepted via internet banking, direct debit or at your appointments with cash payments.   

You will be invoiced, as the work is completed, during the time prior to your Wedding Day.

Full payment must be paid no later than the Rehearsal.  

Receipts will be emailed or given at appointments.
